Affittiamo all'Isola d'Elba due delle nostre tre case, facenti parte di un complesso situato nel Comune di Capoliveri, località Madonna delle Grazie, in posizione tranquilla e panoramica.
Il nostro complesso si sviluppa su tre diversi livelli, ciascuna delle tre case ha un accesso indipendente, un parcheggio privato, gode di una bellissima vista sul mare, è molto tranquilla in quanto circondata dal nostro grande giardino che la separa da una strada di accesso non molto frequentata perchè a sfondo chiuso.

La casa del livello superiore di circa 60 m2, è composta di tre camere da letto (una matrimoniale, una a due letti, una singola con letto estraibile), un bagno-doccia, una cucina attrezzata anche con lavatrice, un soggiorno-pranzo con televisione,una grande terrazza in parte coperta, attrezzata, panoramicissima. Attiguo alla terrazza un BBQ, un forno per pizza, un piccolo gabinetto.

casa del livello più basso, di circa 30 m2,è composta da una grande
camera da letto matrimoniale, un angolo pranzo con divano letto e
televisione, una cucina attrezzata, un bagno con lavatrice, una
loggia coperta, un grande piazzale ombroso, attrezzato,
panoramicissimo.
Il
livello di mezzo è occupato dalla nostra casa e qualcuno della
famiglia sarà sempre presente per risolvere ogni problema.

On the island of Elba, in the area of Madonna delle Grazie, 10 minutes from the village of Capoliveri; we are letting from May to November 2015, two of our three houses which are located in a quiet area with a beautiful view.
The houses are on three different levels.
Each one has an independent access, a private parking area and a beautiful view on the Bay.
The surroundings are peaceful because our large garden separates the area from a small road which is not busy itself.

The house on the top level (60m2 ) has three bedrooms (a double room, a twin room, a single room with an extra bed to draw out ) a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with laundry machine, a living room with dining area and TV.
In front of the house there is a very big partially covered terrace overlooking the magnificent view of the sea and of Montecristo, Pianosa and Corsica islands.
There is a BBQ, a pizza oven and a small toilet.

The house on the lower level (30m2) has a large double room with an extra couch bed, a small dining area with TV, a kitchen and a bathroom with laundry machine.
In front of the house there is a covered portico and a large shaded courtyard that also has a magnificent view of the sea.

Our family occupies the intermediate level and a family member is always available in case of need.
